You need to do some homework before starting homeworking! If you have friends or contacts who work from home or run small businesses, ask them about what they do.
You can also get ideas from the small ads in your local paper. These are usually placed by people working from home. Look at what services are they offering. Your local library will have books about making money with lists of ideas and advice on what skills etc are needed for each one. The Jobcentre will also have opportunities and can give you advice.
Word of mouth is another good way of finding out what is available. Ask friends, relatives or neighbours if local employers are seeking homeworkers. Contact local companies to see if they have any opportunities, and find out about any company before starting work - do you know someone who has worked for them and been paid?
