Using the Internet for client based services

Using Internet for Client ServicesCivvy Street aims to reach more clients more effectively by delivering IAG services online. Using the Internet offers an opportunity and a challenge: it makes it easy to reach clients wherever they are but it also means we may have to change the way in which the services are provided.

To discuss these issues, we have organised a national programme of Partner Workshops to explore the use if the Internet for service delivery and to demonstrate how Civvy Street works. These events are free to Civvy Street members. If you are not already a member, you can apply on the site – follow the link on the Civvy Street front page.

The workshops are being held all over the country, so there should be an event near you. The current schedule includes:

Wed 27th February London
Tue 4th March Leeds
Tue 11th March Swansea
