| Using the Internet for Client Based Services |
Civvy Street aims to reach more clients more effectively by delivering IAG services online. Using the Internet offers an opportunity and a challenge: it makes it easy to reach clients wherever they are but it also
|
means we may have to change the way in which the services are provided.
To discuss these issues, we have organised a national programme of Partner Workshops to explore the use of the Internet for service delivery and to demonstrate how Civvy Street works. These events are free to Civvy Street members. If you are not already a member, you can apply on the site – follow the link on the Civvy Street front page.

| Civvy Street Website for Members |
| The Civvy Street website attracts over 4000 clients per month to the wealth of information that it provides but it also provides valuable resources and tools for professionals working with Service leavers and members of the ex-Services community (inc Reservist) and dependants. Until now, these resources have only been accessible to registered members but this is now changing.
The new Members section of the site will provide information on news and events relevant to organisations working in this sector as well as information on
|
development of qualifications and standards in service delivery.
The Civvy Street Partnership aims to keep all practitioners in touch with the latest developments in the sector and to ensure that our target client group are satisfied with the service that they receive.
