Diversity Assured Recruitment (DAR)
DAR is a nationally supported equality standard for UK recruitment professionals. It was developed by Birmingham Professional Divercity, a not for profit company that supports the financial and professional services sector successfully to manage and value equality and diversity.
Endorsed by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) and Jobcentre Plus, DAR Certification enables recruitment agencies to differentiate themselves as leaders in diversity and preferential suppliers to industry.
