If you are considering leaving the Armed Forces, it may be helpful to first consider an alternative career either within your current Service branch, or one of the other Service branches. There are many career opportunities within the Armed Forces and they all have very good promotion, training and retention schemes.
Alternatively, if you are coming to the end of your Service and would like to retain a link with the uniformed Services, you should consider joining the reserve or cadet forces, which have opportunities for Service leavers and ex-Services personnel.
