- contact the Community Legal Services (CLS). They will give you free and impartial advice, tell you if you qualify for free legal aid and put you in touch with a solicitor.
- contact a solicitor yourself, but they will probably charge for their time and advice, so try the CAB or CLS first. If they think you need to see a solicitor, they will be able to recommend one to you.
