Looking after your health is not difficult. If you eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, visit the doctor when you are unwell and pay regular visits to the dentist and optician, you will give yourself the best chance of staying well and will be able to enjoy your life to the full. The National Health Service (NHS) is free to most people in this country, so there is no excuse for not seeking professional advice.
