Adult/Lifelong Learning Centres

Adult and lifelong learning centres provide training and learning to people throughout their life after they have left school. They are often found in FE colleges.

The University of the third age (UV3)  is a self-help organisation for people no longer in full time employment providing educational, creative and leisure opportunities. Its approach is learning for pleasure - there are no assessments or qualifications to be gained.

Many council websites also have links to local lifelong learning opportunities; check your local council's website for details.
