Learning and Skills training

Civvy Street offers three different ways for you to improve your skills through learning:

  • Civvy Street Online Training (also known as eLearning) is a range of online courses that will help to make you more employable. You may enrol on any of the courses you see in the list.
  • Skills for Life is literacy, numeracy, information technology and, if English is not your first language, English language training. This type of training normally takes place at a local learndirect centre (or online on this site for people serving or living outside the UK).
  • Training and Funding This section includes funding sources, including public funding sources and grants/bursaries available to Civvy Street beneficiaries.
