There are a number of disability support schemes that provide a range of services and projects for people with disabilities, their families and carers. All of these activities are funded in different ways and most are available without the need for a referral.
In Civvy Street, there are Government schemes to help those who have left the Armed Forces with a disability to get back into work. Support is also available from Jobcentre Plus.
As well as support schemes for the general public, there are a number of organisations that provide specific support for Armed Forces and ex-Service personnel.
