Skills / Qualities / Competencies: The following is desirable: Safe working on Landscaping and building sites; operating plant machinery and power tools; marking, setting out sites and levelling; self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.

Brief Job Description:

1.     To undertake horticultural grounds maintenance and related tasks within designated sites to required specifications and quality standards, as directed by the Team Leader.

Such activities may include: -Grass cutting; Edge trimming; Shrub and tree pruning; Removal of weeds and litter from beds, plant containers, pathways and grassed areas; Laying out and planting of bedding; Fine turf maintenance; Marking out and preparation of sports pitches; Digging and mulching; Watering of containers, flower beds and plants; Collection and removal of arising’s from such activities; Other landscaping duties

Salary: £12646 - £15,000
