I can see this site has been running for a while but I stumbled upon it by accident. It may be a good idea to publicise it on unnofficial military websites such as Arrse.com biscuits brown.com, e-goat, rum ration, where the military community, new and old, gravitate.
There are a lot of ex military out there who have done the transition-or part of the transition- from the military, have learned lessons and could contribute to these forums in the form of advice and encouragement to service leavers
In the Forces we are very well insulated from the outside world and it's scary coming out of it, but if you can communicate with someone who's been there and done that it can make a great difference.
