JPA

Hi there!

I would be interested to know if anybody has had JPA problems on release. Three months after leaving my P45 is wrong, my resettlement course payments are missing, my final pay is wrong and I haven't had a final pay statement.  The number of service requests I have raised approach double figures, and I have never had a single response back from them.  I have prabably spent more hours on the phone to Glasgow than I have spent chasing down a job.  If anybody knows an effective way to get results, I would be very interested.  I think this is a poor return for 35 years service; and it couldn't have come at a more stressful time.  Sorry to whinge on; and good luck to all.

Tim

Ring them up I'll post contact detail's if required,  when your put through get the name and employee number/service number, then quote an Isupport reference and tell them that your lawyer has suggested one final attempt before you iniate legal action against them.  They may put you on hold at this point, however when however comes back ask if you can speek to their line manager(this may be called the back office) and get the name/service number of the line manager again telling them that if this attempt fails you will begin legal action against them(stressing that the person you talk to will be included on the court papers).

Because you now have names and numbers they'll be more willing to help since they belive the legal action will be taken directly against them.

Because of the snaggs the navy has encountered there is now talk of putting some service personel in there to stop the feed of s**t comeing back from the idiots in glasgow.

How this helps

Thanks for that Dodger; it's a worthwhile approach and just about the only one I havent tried yet. I should have foreseen future problems as, 6 months before my terminal date, JPA decided to stop paying me, end JPA access and pay me my lump sum.  Of the RN recruits I was administering, about 100 had recieved no pay for 2 months, relying on money from home to live.  Hey, the team works!  Regards  Tim
