Not sure where to get advice on this so may as well ask here.
I left regular army 5 months ago and whilst serving was a forced to give a statement as a witness, which i did not want to do. now the courts marshal has told me if i do not turn up I will be arrested by civvi police. Is this legal? I do not want to go 2 reasons 1, its taking me away from my new job and causing problems with work. 2. I was TOLD my my CO at the time I WILL make a statement to "get this little ***** out of his army" so had no choice really unless I wanted to be his next target.
Any advice welcome.
