Hi i have left the army for 8 years now and hve only found a place to live in the last year but i have been left a bit unstable becaus of this. Evry were that i have look the only seems to be help with work or training but i need to sort out my head frist befor i can evan think about this i am working but dont fit in and evan thow its been so long i still think army and that makes it hard to work with civis. I do blame the army for this as i neva had eny problems befor i joint and had a happy home live but that all got taken away when thow the army. I would still be in if i could but i was snr but if eny one has eny advice thay can give me i would be most thanfal thanks

I suggest that you contact Combat Strees. They help ex-Service personnel like yourself and you can find details on their website www.combatstress.org.uk

On the website, their is a map of their treatement centres in your area with their address and telephone number. You can contact their Welfare Support Teams between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday
