Does anyone else think that the evidence you need to support your applycation is very hard to get, especially the part i have put below. I have contact over a dozen companys and none of them are prepeared to give you the evidence civvy street say you need.

Sustainable Employment Outcome
You must provide documentary evidence (copy only) to confirm:
- You have been offered a contract of employment on completion of the course or achievement of the course qualification
- Or you have a letter from an employer organisation you (or your advocate has contacted in person) stating that they have or expect to have vacancies for which someone with the qualification (you are seeking) would normally be considered
- Or you have a confirmation letter from an official government employment support agency (or their sub-contractor) stating that your attendance on the course would assist them to assist you into employment. Note: this letter should clearly state the level of public funding available/not available to support the cost.
- Or if you intend to go self employed you have a confirmation letter of from a business start-up service confirming you have approached them for assistance to start-up a business.

I am in total agreement, with regard to the Employment Support Fund.
This support raises more barriers than it seeks to overcome, no
prospective employer will offer this level of evidence. -Good Luck- from Martin Horsnall
